These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Daleyn Accountancy (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms. 

1. Scope of Services

Daleyn Accountancy operates across three core service areas: 

• Tax Preparation (Business & Personal): Preparation and filing of federal, state, and local returns. 

• Fractional CFO Services: Strategic financial management including accounting oversight, payroll management, financial reporting, cash-flow planning, and—when included in your package—tax return preparation. 

• Tax Advisory (Advanced Tax Savings Strategies): Proactive planning for high-income earners and business owners to legally reduce tax liability and build generational wealth. 

All services are defined in your signed engagement letter or service agreement. Work outside scope requires a new or amended agreement. 

2. Professional Standards

We perform services consistent with applicable professional and ethical standards, including GAAP (as applicable), IRS Circular 230, and Florida licensing rules. 

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: 

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation. 

• Retain copies of documents, records, and tax returns for your files. 

• Review deliverables promptly and meet deadlines we communicate. 

Delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in information may cause filing delays or penalties for which Daleyn Accountancy is not responsible. 

4. Fees & Payment Terms

• Fees, deposits/retainers, and billing cadence are stated in your engagement letter. 

• Late or unpaid balances may incur interest and/or suspension of services until current. 

• Government fees (IRS/state/local) are separate from our professional fees and remain the client’s responsibility. 

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality and handle data consistent with our Privacy Policy. Information is disclosed only as required by law or with your consent. 

6. Limitation of Liability

Daleyn Accountancy is not liable for: 

• Errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information; 

• Penalties, interest, or costs from delays outside our control; 

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. 

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Tax savings, refunds, approvals, or financial outcomes are not guaranteed. Results depend on client circumstances, compliance, and regulatory requirements. 

8. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or facilitate third-party services (e.g., payroll providers, bookkeeping platforms, attorneys). We do not warrant or control third-party services and are not responsible for their performance. 

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate with written notice. Fees for services performed through the termination date remain due. Confidentiality and any outstanding payment obligations survive termination. 

10. Intellectual Property

Materials, tools, templates, and resources created by Daleyn Accountancy remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute such materials without written permission. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in courts within that jurisdiction. 

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
